Hello all,
I have some questions about the measurement results.. I need to understand the results I got for more explication but I didn't find many details about them..
If it was written in ROI: 0002-0549
and the same line was written in the results window in this way:
Label Area Mean X Y XStart YStart
Maskcopy3(blue).tif 11.1923 0 12.3597 2.8650 2334 52
1- What's the difference between X,XStart and Y,YStare? and where's the relation between what was written in the ROI Manager window: 0649 and the result table?
2- Does the area represent the number of pixels in the same unit of measurement that I've define?
3-How could ROI Manager define the particles with only these details? Does it depend on the centroid point and define the other points by the distance from the centroid? or it follows the curve that represent the particle?
