Measurement line editing

Marcel Marc
Hello,

Is there any function that will allow to save an editable measurement line
made with ImageJ? I would like to be able to take several consecutive
measurements in a single picture, keeping on the screen each one of the
measurement lines while a measure the next object.
In addition to that, I would like to store the picture AND the measurement
lines, so that later I can edit those measurements by just sligthly
adjusting the position of the measurement lines if needed (as opposed to
redrawing them).

Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Marcel

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but you can try ROI
manager, adding each line as ROI (Region of interest). You can save your
selections and return to them with simple loading .roi file.

With best regards

Peter

Mr. Oslanec,

At a first glance, the ROI function looks promising. I will look more into that. Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Marcel
