Hi All,
I am having trouble thresholding images to measure the area of the cellular
trails that cover the surface of the disks (deeper purple areas - example
image attached).
I recognise the fact that the staining of the disks is not even. I have
tried different methods but such variations is common.
There must be a way of discerning the trails even though their HSB profile
is similar to other places on the disks. I have tried the 'find edges'
process which does find most of the edges, but dont know how to fill those
edges or select them as ROI.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Karan
