I¹m new to ImageJ, so apologies if I am missing something obvious I have
searched the archives and have seen a question similar to this, but there
was no answer.
We are interested in how bacteria lengthen and divide as they grow and would
like to collect quantitative data from time-lapse images. The ³Analyze
particles² function does give us measurements in a series of images, but it
does not link the objects between the images, so we cannot see how the same
single object changes over time.
Does anyone know how to do this? Is there a plugin I am missing?
