Hello,
I am looking for a way to measure the cartilage-covered area of a mouse
femur. I have sagittal sections of the mouse joints stained with H&E.
Ultimately, I want to measure the joint surface and then calculate the
middle 50%. So I would have Anterior 25%, Middle 50%, and Posterior 25%. I
used the Bezier curve to draw the adjusted arc, but I don't know how to
calculate the length and then figure out the percentages.
If you have any suggestions, it would be much appreciated!
