Measuring position of white dot (on x-y coordinate) of videos

isabella
Hi all,

I have videos in which I need to measure the distance from the WHITE DOT to
the CROSS-HAIR (the center of the two red lines).

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can process my video data to be able
to do this.  Since the videos are 12 minutes in duration (equating to about
20,000 frames), it would be great to have a script/someway to automate this
measurement.

Here is an image of what I am look for.  Please let me know if you know a
program/plug-in in ImageJ that can do this, and the steps I need to take to accomplish my data analysis.

I really don't know where to start.  Thank you so much for your time!

Another thing I was thinking of doing is using a AUTOMATED CELL COUNTER (defining the white dot as a cell).  If I were able to just find the X-Y coordinates of the WHITE DOT, that would be enough data for me.  Please please help!

Thank you!
