Measuring the volume of a ROI in a series of CT images

Hello :D
I'm a biomedical engineering student. In my master thesis I need to draw ROI's in CT images. I intend, on each slice (in the case of images that I have are 5 mm thick), draw an ROI and calculate the volume associated with it. However, after drawing the ROI with the tool "polygon selections" just got information about the area (menu >> analyze measure). How can I get the volume considering the slice thickness that said (and without resorting to calculate area * thickness)?

Thanks a lot,
