Dear ImageJ users,
I used ImageJ for measuring the porosity/ void percentage of an X-Ray image.
I use the Threshold option to select the voids in the image and use the option Analyse particles to know the percentage of voids in a selected area.
The question is, This void percentage changes with time and I have recorded it into a video. This video is around 5 minutes and i would like to check this varying void percentage with time and make an void percentage vs. time analysis. Can anyone help me out, how to perform this multiple steps (Adjust Threshold -> Analyse particles for a video or for multiple images (if video splitted into multiple images) and display of results for all the images automatically.
