Merge 8-bit images to HSB

Colin Rickman-3
Hi

I have three images (or a 3 layer stack) defining the hue, saturation and brightness. I used to be able to convert this to HSB but that conversion doesn’t seem to be permitted now. Does anybody know how I can achieve this using built in functions or a plugin?

Thanks

Colin

Re: Merge 8-bit images to HSB

CARL Philippe (LBP)
Dear Colin,
Did you try the following plugin?:
https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/color-space-converter.html
The following macro is using this plugin:
        run("Lena (68K)");
        run("HSB Stack");
        run("Stack to Images");
        run("Merge Channels...", "c1=Hue c2=Saturation c3=Brightness");
        run("Color Space Converter", "from=HSB to=RGB white=D65");
        selectWindow("RGB (RGB)");
My best regards,
Philippe
