Hi,
I am trying to simultaneously display a 3D image of an entire time series in Fiji. I have ~50 frames (time points) consisting of Z-stacks which contain 6 slices each. I tried to use the 3D viewer but I was only able to obtain the single 6-slice Z-stacks, and the ability to scroll through each time point. I would like to display this entire set of time points in one single image. The z-stacks and time points are already collated in the proper order, so all I need is to display them like a large z-stack (i.e. ~50 frames x 6 slices ea) instead of a time series of separate z-stacks. Any ideas? Thanks! Jen |

Use Image > Properties (Shift+P) to restructure your image dimensions. Change the number of frames to 1, and the number of slices to 300 (or whatever the total number of image planes is). Afterward, run the 3D Viewer. Thank you, that worked like a charm! And to think I passed Properties over countless times thinking that it wasn't what I needed.
