Merging Trajectories with Mosaic Tracking Plug-In

Hi all,

I am working with the mosiac plug-in to track particles in an image sequence using imageJ. One problem i am encountering is that 1 particle will often have several trajectories that are next to each other and should be seen as one trajectory. I have tried increasing the link range but this does not seem to reduce the number of trajectories. Is there any way to merge trajectories with the mosaic tracking plug-in? Any help would be much appreciated
