MiToBo 1.3 released

Hello everybody,
we would like to announce release 1.3 of MiToBo - a microscope image analysis toolbox. It contains various tools for (microscope) image analysis, e.g. active contours for segmentation, the NeuriteAnalyzer for segmenting neurites and extracting protein profiles, the ScratchAssayAnalyzer for cell migration analysis, particle and nuclei detectors, and many more. Since release 1.3 we support Maven. You can download the release as well as all Maven related project files from our Maven server:

For using MiToBo with ImageJ, the easiest way is to download the distribution zip file of mitobo-plugins and follow the installation instructions on our website.
