Re: Minc MRI files

Hi Philippe,
If you would be willing to send a few sample MINC MRI files, we (the
Bio-Formats team) would be happy to add support for this file format to
Bio-Formats (http://loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats.html) as time permits.  Files
smaller than 15 MB can be sent as an email attachment; if you have larger
files, please let me know and I will provide you with our FTP server
information off-list.

Regards,
-Melissa

There is a plugin on the ImageJ website
http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/index.html in the Input/Output section
called Import DICOM Sequences.  I have used it on my own MRI and it works
very well.

Hi Mike,

minc file isn't DICOM file. MINC (Medical Image NetCDF) is built on the
general data format NetCDF (from the UCAR - University Corporation for
Atmospheric Research).
