Morphology plugins update

Hi,
I have updated the following plugins in the Morphology collection:

BinaryFilterReconstruct: slight speed increase
BinaryReconstruct: speed increase ~ x4
Domes: uses new GreyscaleReconstruct algorithm much faster
GreyscaleReconstruct: different algorithm, much faster for large files.

The plugins were rewritten following the guidelines at
http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/PlugIn_Design_Guidelines
so now they can be called from other plugins directly.
Thanks to Albert Cardona and Dscho for their patience explaining how to do
this.
