Dear all,
I'm automating part of my data analysis with ImageJ. From my experiment I obtain an image sequence (movie) on which I have two particles; one of these particles is static and the other one is moving towards and away from the other particle. For my analysis I would like to automatically select a region with a fixed width between the particles (with this ROI, I can then do batch processing of the intensity profile of each image, for which I already found a way :)). I tryed to use the wand tracing tool, but that doens't give me the results I need. Could someone give me some directions on doing this?
