I have been using the multi-colour line profile plot tool to look at colocalization of two proteins at the cell periphery. However, I was wondering if anyone has extended this tool to do this over a time series. I have TIRF images where I would like to be able to draw a line on the cortex and then get a three-dimensional plot of intensity for the two colours over the course of the acquisition. I am grateful for any suggestions on how to do this.
