Multi-stack histogram from multiple ROIs

Hi,

We are running into a slight issue generating histograms for a stack of
microCT slices containing a ROI of different geometry on each slice. We are
highlighting all ROIs in our ROI Manager and then hitting Control [h] to
generate our histogram. The issue is, the histogram function seems to only
be using the last ROI that we click on in the Manager when selecting all
ROIs and applying that single ROI across all slices to generate a histogram.

Does anyone know how I can apply my ROIs in a slice-specific manner to
generate a stack histogram?
