Good day to all,

I'm trying to work with the plugin MultiMeasure of ImageJ.
My purpose is to analyse ROI's of CT images and, by making a selection, it gives automaticaly a coloring of the ROI based of the Hounsfild Units and a pixel value map.

For example I'm trying to do tha same that the de Weert group did in this article: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16902158

The problem is that I can't find the window that allows me to select the Ranges of Measurement as in the article.

Are they using stacks?
I ask this because I can't change the image to 8 bits or I'll loose the HU values.
