Multiple reports generated by Coloc2

Hi

When I run Coloc2 I often receive a report, and then a minute or so later, a second and sometimes 3rd report is generated. These reports all have different results and often the later ones report errors such as "problem with input data" "saturated ch1 ratio too high" etc.

This problem can occur if I am analysing a whole image or using one or multiple ROIs. At first I thought perhaps a report is generated for each ROI but that does not seem to be the case.

I'm not sure what the reports relate to or which results are the real ones! I am running the most up to date version of Fiji/ImageJ 1.47f.

Can anyone help?
