Thanks for the link to the kymograph tool.
When I open a two channel stack and then split the channels the kymograph
tool fails with the following message
"Only lines and segmented lines are possible as ROIs. Please select a
suitable ROI!"
I am using a segmented line ROI. It works if I close all open image
windows except the one I am working on, but I would like to make kymographs
from multiple images. Is this the intended behavior of the kymograph tool?
