Hi,
I am trying to open a time-lapse experiment of cells in various locations using Nikon microscopy (my file is like 9 gb). I downloaded the plugin for ND2 file opening. After my nd2 file is successfully loaded, somehow a new window shows up and the video runs by itself. I tried various keys and options, but somehow I have no idea how to close it. ND utility also doesn't load up, and my computer crashes due to the limit of memory. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem? Thanks.
