Name Landmark and Register

I am trying to use the Name Landmark and Register plugin as described @ (http://fiji.sc/wiki/index.php/Name_Landmarks_and_Register). However, when i click the button to register, it gives me an error saying "Couldn't load template image from: ...path...".

I am trying to perform a point based registration.
