How does one automatically do things like click an OK button while running
an ImageJ Macro? We have a macro to process multiple images with ShapeLogic however there is a pause we can¹t get past because the ShapeLogic routine generates a window requiring a click OK to continue. (This is during an analysis to determine the number of cells that are positive in the green and red channels vs. cells that are just positive in the green channel while intentionally ignoring cells that are just positive in the red channel.) -- Bruce A. Bruce,
try the IJ_Robot plugin by Gabriel Landini. http://www.dentistry.bham.ac.uk/landinig/software/software.html Sincerely, Jerome* * On Tue, Aug 30, 2011 at 12:18 AM, Bruce Citron <[hidden email]> wrote: > How does one automatically do things like click an OK button while running > an ImageJ Macro? > > We have a macro to process multiple images with ShapeLogic however there is > a pause we can¹t get past because the ShapeLogic routine generates a window > requiring a click OK to continue. > > (This is during an analysis to determine the number of cells that are > positive in the green and red channels vs. cells that are just positive in > the green channel while intentionally ignoring cells that are just positive > in the red channel.) > -- > Bruce A. Jerome-
That worked, and useful to know about for other things, but the ShapeLogic routine turns out to pop up that query window in the middle of its action and I can¹t easily edit its source code. I¹ve switched to the Color thresholding, analyze particles, generate the ROIs, and then I can process the ROIs on slices in a stack containing the colors I need to get the output I need with just the standard ImageJ functions- and I¹m appreciating their power more and more all the time. Thanks, Bruce On 8/30/11 15:57 , "Jerome Mutterer" <[hidden email]> wrote: > Bruce, > try the IJ_Robot plugin by Gabriel Landini. > http://www.dentistry.bham.ac.uk/landinig/software/software.html > > Sincerely, > > Jerome* > * > On Tue, Aug 30, 2011 at 12:18 AM, Bruce Citron <[hidden email]> wrote: > >> > How does one automatically do things like click an OK button while running >> > an ImageJ Macro? >> > >> > We have a macro to process multiple images with ShapeLogic however there is >> > a pause we can¹t get past because the ShapeLogic routine generates a window >> > requiring a click OK to continue. >> > >> > (This is during an analysis to determine the number of cells that are >> > positive in the green and red channels vs. cells that are just positive in >> > the green channel while intentionally ignoring cells that are just positive >> > in the red channel.) >> > -- >> > Bruce A.
