Hello,
I am trying to do an automated image analysis process which measures the amount of mitochondria around nucleus. I am doing RGB stack for the image then after adjusting thresholds I am measuring the Channel 2 signal amount around Channel 3 signals in a confined space (150x150 square). I tried to do macro but when I record it, I cannot adjust different channels thresholds. The program doesn't understand I am, for example, working on only channel 3. It goes ahead and changes the threshold of Channel 1. I would appreciate any help on this topic.
