NeuronJ

Suraja
Dear All,
can I kindly ask you for your help. I have a Z-stack and need to analyse some kind of dendrites in 3D. I tried Simple neurite tracer to trace the dendrites in 3D, but would like to use more semi-automatic tracing as in NeuronJ. If I am not wrong it is not possible to analyse 3D images in NeuronJ? If it is not possible, is there any other plugin like NeuroneJ available for 3D images?

Thank you so much for all your suggestions!
Kind regards,
Suraja

Hi Suraja,
You maybe interested in neuronstudio.
Mostly used to study dendritic spines.

I wish it helps.
