Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to announce that De Novo Software has just released a series of new ImageJ plugins/macros that will allow you to export your ImageJ data in a format compatible for use in FCS Express 4 Image Cytometry for post-segmentation data analysis. The macros can be found on our website at
http://www.denovosoftware.com/site/imageJ.shtml.
The macros will allow you to export and process single images, multi-channel images, montage/tiled/stitched images, and plate based imaging experiments from ImageJ to FCS Express 4 Image Cytometry so you can view and analyze your data in dot plots, density plots, and histograms and define gates/or thresholds on individual plots to help you find phenotypes of interest in a flow cytometry styled analysis.
In 3 weeks we will also be hosting a webinar to show how the macro is used to export and import to FCS Express as well as how FCS Express Image Cytometry can be used for analysis. You can register at
https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/132460818 or
http://www.denovosoftware.com/site/upcomingwebinars.shtml if you are interested.
Regards,
Sean Burke
