Dear Gary,
This is probably the sign that at least one required library is missing.
You need to have all of the following four libraries in your plugins folder:
figure_j_101b1.jar
imagescience.jar
loci_tools.jar
LSM_Reader.jar
Please make sure that you followed all steps from:
http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:utilities:figurej:start#installation_details_for_imagejOr you could use it from Fiji by following our Fiji update site.
