For my thesis I will use ImageJ to get leaf venation density. I will use the
mean and standard deviation. Usually when I generate my our mean and
deviation from morphometrics I have to first transformer the data, before
realize an ANOVA analysis to test the significance of the mean and
deviation. So I was wondering if I still have to do this procedure before
develop the ANOVA analyze? or the date generate by ImageJ already is
normalized?
