Please help me! How count optical density of cages in the histologic color photo?

I think you mean "cells", not "cages", and I am not quite sure what you mean by "optical density" in this context.  Do you want to count the number of stained cells in a photo?
 
Вы наверное имеете виду "cells" а не "cages" (и так и так "клетки", но "cage" только для птицы клетка).  
Не уверен что вы подразумеваете под "optical density"? Вы хотите посчитать количество положительно окрашенных клеток в цветной гистологической фотографии?
