Object based colocalization analysis

Dipanjana Ghosh
Dear all,

I would like to do object based co-localization analysis. Came across the JACop plugin which has an option of "Object based methods". It is generating the following information after the analysis.

Label   Centre_A_n° Centre_B_n° d(A-B) reference_dist phi theta XA YA ZA XB YB ZB
Co-localization 48 38 99.649 160.286 2.356 1.571 799.5 683 0 799 682.5 0
Co-localization 54 39 40.323 160.286 1.69 1.571 779.242 704.576 0 779.208 704.292 0

Being a beginner in the field I need some advice on how from these outputs we can calculate Co-localization. Is there any tutorial on this or any write up that can help?

Thanking you

Regards,
Dipanjana

The following publications might be a good starting point.
