ObjectJ

Ai Na
Hi,

I would like to use ObjectJ to count and categorize different markers within
dendritic spines. This analysis is done manually on stacked images over 2 or
more time-points. The only problem I faced with the current ObjectJ is that
I am not able to see the labeled count when I toggled to the next
image/slice. The labeled markers need to be visible throughout the stacked
images. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could let me know how to make
the labeled counts visible or any other suitable plugin.

Kind regards,
Ai Na

The new version the CellCounter plugin will do this for you.
