Dear all,
I'm using the droplet finder plugin that comes along with TANGO. It actually does a good job in finding spots but I'm wondering if I somehow could get out the segmentation data, e.g. as a binary image so it could be used further on. I have to say I don't have programming skills beyond the Macro language.
