If you're using firefox, then the flashgot extension may be able to help
you download the entire html tree.

Subject: Off-line help
I wonder to which level off-line help is possible for those cases where
I am not connected to the Internet.
I am frequently using macro functions, and have a local version of
functions.html. However, already the next level (e.g. urls to example
macros) does not work, because many links point to imagej.nih.gov/...
My favorite solution would be a single downloadable "offline help"
zipped directory that a) indicates to which depth the links are
reachable offline, possibly including some of the sample pictures, and
b) has a version number or date so I know when to refresh.
A rather awkward method would be to replace all imagej.nih.gov/...
occurences in functions.html by local addresses, and copy the referenced
example macros to the corresponding local location. But it would be much
better if I only would have to download a single zip file and change
somewhere a "Local Help" address.
Any ideas?
