Old NIH- Image program

[Henry Barwood]

A 1993 program was developed for digitizing X-ray powder diffraction films using the old NIH Image:

Nguyen and Jeanloz. Rev. Sci. Instrum. 64, 3456 (1993) (6 pages)

Is anyone on the list familiar with this program who might be able to provide a plug-in for ImageJ?
