hello,
Has anyone developed a macro or plugin to merge 3D or 2D montages from an Olympus Fluoview confocal that they would share with me? Each stack is saved in OIF format (16-bit tiff for each channel and z-plane) and a log file holds the x,y coordinates of each stack. The 32-bit Fluoview software is choking on large montages.
