Open Next shortcut?

NeLaS
Hi,

The CTRL+SHIFT+O is the suggested shortcut for "open next" at File -> Open
Next. In the wiki the shortcut for "open next" is only SHIFT+O. I've been
using the former and it starts to go backwards in many situations (like
after measuring) or for no apparent reason, it is difficult and annoying to
make it behave properly again. I've just made a few openings with the latter
and looks the same. Has anybody experience this behavior also?

I'm using 1.41i and java 1.6.0_05.

Thanks!

bruno

The CTRL key is optional unless you set the option in
Edit->Options->Misc.  If you use ALT+SHIFT+O it will go backwards.
Maybe you hit the wrong key on accident?

I use those shortcuts a lot, and have never had a problem.

Re: Open Next shortcut?

Hi Justin,

The workaround suggested by Wayne does the job (see below). The ALT key
seems to get activated when I was switching windows with ALT+TAB, so when I
hit SHIFT+O it also considered ALT to be pressed. Pressing and releasing ALT
before hitting SHIFT+O open the next image correctly.

thanks!

and for the records
