Dear group,
I want to build a stack but I heard that it could cause dimension troubles if tiff-files would be used.
So I downloaded the bioformat plugin to open the direct olympus file. When I save my z-stacks in the oif format I get tiff and pty files. But I can only open the tiff-files...
Could anybody help me out?
