Opening ND2 files and exporting as TIFF

Hi, I coloured my black and white ND2 file on ImageJ and clicked 'Export to TIFF files'. But when I open the file, it is not in the desired colour I've corrected. How do I colour my ND2 file and save it as TIFF?
