Opening Olympus CellR format files with ImageJ

Colin Rickman
Hi,

Is there a way to open the Olympus CellR .apl files to look at the
metadata along with the image in ImageJ? I looked at the OME Loci
Bio-formats importer but it doesn't seem to open this type of file. The
images are stored as hidden tif files which open fine but I would like
to be able to access the metadata as well.

Thanks

Colin

Hi Colin,

If you could provide some sample data, we (LOCI) will look into adding
the APL format to Bio-Formats, as time allows. If you need somewhere
to put the files, I can give you our FTP server information.

Thanks,
Curtis
