I am hoping for some guidance. I used ImageJ in 2005 to analyze equine videos for several stride parameters and also limb length in 4 second videos. Original video is mp4 but can convert to mov file.
I am working on an OSX system (version 10.7.5) - - if I am correct I need to use 32-bit Java - - can not locate this version to download. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best, Holly Holly M. Hi Holly,
There have been some interesting advances recently in animal tracking, see for example the DeepLabCut Model Zoo: http://www.mousemotorlab.org/dlc-modelzoo There is a horse model coming soon apparently. https://arxiv.org/pdf/1909.11229.pdf Hopefully a bit less suffering than clicking landmarks in high-speed videos. Good luck! Michael On 02/06/2020 06:44, Holly M. Greene, M.S. wrote: I am hoping for some guidance.
