Greetings,
I could use some assistance in automating a procedure. I want to
calculate the orientation of
plant leaf cells (stomata in particular) and then conduct statistical
analysis on the
(non)randomness of their orientation.
Is it possible for ImageJ to measure the orientation of linear
features, and then have it
automatically record the values in a spreadsheet? I would like to
record both the orientation and
length of the line. The line tool calculates both of these, but it
would be great to be able to
record them automatically. Can ImageJ do this, and if not is there
another program that can?
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
