Orientation J

ABHIDNYA PATHARKAR
Hi,

I am using Orientation J to quantify orientation of the Collagen fibers
imaged via 2P Microscopy.
Can someone help me understand what Orientation J distribution exactly does
to plot a histogram?
Secondly, if I have to analyse the stack of images, I have to put images in
reverse order and then analyse so that it gives me analysis of the whole
stack.
Is there any different method to analyse the stack?
If I analyse each image separately, does anyone know how can I add up the
histograms together?
I use Orientation J Distribution with following parameters:-
1. Gaussian Gradient
2. Minimum Coherence=0
3. Minimum Energy= 2%
4. Hue= Orientation
5. Saturation=Coherency
6.  Brightness=Original Image

Best,
Abhidnya Patharkar
