Hi everyone,
I'm now trying to extract outlines of leaf veins from a light-microscopic image.
The images contain bright signal of veins and dark signal of leaf area, and the background is black.
I tried to binarize the images using thresholding, but it doesn't work.
Because they are intact microscopic images,
some noises around bright veins are brighter than dark veins.
My final aim is to get binary images which contain vain as white,
and the other area as black.
Any idea would be great help.
