Overlay

Carmela Tartaglia
Hello
I am doing some DTI analysis and would like to overlay the DTI color map
onto the FA map, draw ROIs and them measure the FA in these ROIs. I am
having trouble overlaying the color map onto the FA map. I do not have an
OVERLAY button under my IMAGE heading. I have tried this on both MAC and PC
and have downloaded the latest versions.
Thanks
Carmela

Re: Overlay

hemangi
Image-color-merge Channels would work. You can merge upto 4 images (color/grayscale) and create composite, still keeping source iamges intact.
Hope this helps.

Hemangi.
