Parallel Iterative Deconvolution plugin update

Hello All,

I have updated my Parallel Iterative Deconvolution plugin.

New in this version:
- the overlap-save convolution algorithm for spatially invariant PSF
was replaced by
  the non-blocking version, which speeded up all three methods
- fixed bug in MRNSD (division by zero).
