Parallel iterative deconvolution 3D auto contrasts the image being deconvoled.

Jackson Robertson
I've been using this plugin for a little while and I haven't been able to
figure out if there is a way to tell it not to auto contrast the image that
it deconvoles. Is this possible with this plugin? The non parallel version
of this plugin doesn't do this. It would be nice if I could figure this out.
Thanks for the help.

No, it is not possible to disable auto contrast. You would have to
modify the source code.

Oh okay, well thanks for the response. Is there a reason why this was not
implemented in the plugin/is there a chance that this might be implemented
in the future?
