Particle Analysis --> Turn off counter

Jean-Francois Haeck
Hi,
I am looking for a way to turn off the particle counter in particle
analysis. I am using the "outline" option for particle analysis and the
particle numbering seems to be a default. It is tedious to remove the red
numbers manually by thresholding since the numbers can overlap with the
cell outline. Any help would be appreciated.

cheers,

Select "Masks" from the particle analyzer's drop down menu and then
convert the masks to outlines using Process>Binary>Outline.
