Particle Analyzer troubles

bds81175
I have a set of macros for batch image processing that run on multiple PC's.  I have a 32 bit pc and a 64 bit pc running the exact same macros with the exact same jar file and the exact same images.  When it runs Analyze Particles on the 64 bit PC it identifies the particles correctly.  When it runs on the 32 bit it can't find the correct particles.  Pausing the macro at that point and using the magic wand tool on the images from both PC's, you can select the correct particles on both PC's.  Any ideas why?
