Particle Count for Colony Formation Units

Hello everyone,

I modified an already existing protocol for particle count on imagej. This was specifically done to quantify colonies/ sphere formation on cancer cells. I am interested in knowing if such protocols are already available for imagej ? And if anyone will help me incorporate those protocol changes onto imagej platform ?
