Particle Tracker Plugin -what does the result mean?

Dear all,
I'm new to image analysis, imagej, and this forum, so please excuse me my lack of knowledge.
I have been playing around with the particle tracker plugin, which is surprisingly easy to use, but I can't make sense of the data. The first two numbers are the y-x coordinates, but what are the others? How can I analyze this dataset? The visualization is great, but how do I quantify this data? The tutorial does not really go into this area.
